Apple's iPods have been discouragingly inaccessible for a while, but the new generations of iPod Nanos (generation four and above) now feature spoken menus.
iTunes 9 is also now compatible with screen readers. Apple recommends VoiceOver for Macs or Window-Eyes for PCs.
