Seedlings Offers 1,000 Braille Books!

Seedlings Braille Books for Children has just added a new group of books to their catalog, bringing the total number of titles available in braille to 1,000!

These books range from Print-Braille-&-Picture Books for toddlers and preschoolers, like Clifford's Animal Sounds and Curious George at the Zoo, to 2-volume novels for teens and "tweens," like the Newbery Honor Book Elijah of Buxton. And there are many great books in between, like the Magic Tree House books or Black Lagoon Adventures.

Also, in honor of our new US President, they've added a biography of Barack Obama and one about Michelle Obama!

The Seedlings 2010 Catalog will also be available soon. If you would like to receive a print copy in the mail, you can send your name and address to: info@seedlings.org or call: 800-777-8552.

Hello, I am an author of children's books. They are simple, and cute. Age appropriate kg2. I don't know how to get started getting them translated into braille, for children. If you have any ideas, please do not hesitate to send me an e-mail. Thanks ....I remain...Patricia Joyce
