I just found out about this organization, The Lollipop Kids Foundation, and their very resourceful website. The foundation helps families of children with special needs and their site provides articles and interesting news about raising a disabled child.

The mission of the foundation is simple:

To this end, The Lollipop Kids Foundation provides programs, equipment and resources for families raising children with special needs. Our goal is to support, empower and encourage families striving to maintain a sense of balance in their lives.
